"O'zapft is!" This is the cry heard over the meadow and throughout the beer tents, heralding the tapping of another beer barrel at Bavaria's world-famous Oktoberfest! The traditional Oktoberfest Beer? None other than Märzen (pronounced mare-tsen)! Steeped in tradition, brimming with flavour - it's no wonder that another name for Oktoberfest is 'Märzen-time' (or Märzen-Zeit, if you're trying to fit in!). Prost!

Caramel-sweet aroma, with hints of biscuit and yeasty bread crust. An elegant, malty palate balanced by moderate bitterness, but with a clean, dry finish.

Bright, sparkling amber colour, capped with a billowy white head.

ABV: 5.5%
