PROFITS ON TAP.

The highest margins in the industry are when a beer is brewed on the premises and sold by the pint. Our unique hub & spoke business model allows you to serve your very own branded craft beer out of tanks that take up less than 5% of the space needed to operate a conventional brewhouse. With higher margins and less space to rent, we offer your venue a competitive advantage.

OUR SYSTEM MAKES YOUR DREAM POSSIBLE.

Patent-pending world-leading technology connecting brew tanks to an ipad.

If you’ve always fancied running a quality craft brewing operation in a new or existing hospitality venue, Limestone Coast Brewing can make the whole process streamlined and extremely cost efficient.

Our patent-pending world-leading technology allows you to create your own unique beers, ciders and seltzers on site, and re-create any previous brews with 100% accuracy.

Our brewers work with you to design a number of beverages tailored to your customers’ preferences, exclusively formulated to your establishment.

We install the visually striking fermentation and brite tanks, taking up just a small fraction of the space you’d require with a traditional brewing operation.

Your customers see that you’re brewing on the premises, and they gravitate to order your branded beverages by the pint.

WE'VE TAKEN AWAY THE HURDLES.

Limestone Coast Brewing has cracked the code to slash your capital outlay and reduce the onsite space required in a typical brewhouse operation.

Our unique ‘hub & spoke’ business model splits the brewing process.

We’ve located the big volume equipment required in brewing (which typically takes up 95% of the floorspace of a brewery) inside a low-rent industrial area. At this brewing hub, we produce the unfermented (not yet alcoholic) wort, and deliver it to your venue (one of the spokes serviced by our central hub).

The hoppy wort is pumped into your fermentation tanks. Once it has converted to alcohol, it goes through filtration and into the brite tanks. The brite tanks deliver the freshest possible beer to your taps.

THE BREWING TECHNOLOGY.

BREWHOUSE CONTROLS.

Our bespoke control system within the brewery enables continuous operation of subsequent batches with just one brewer in attendance rather than multiple brewers. It provides flexibility to brew any style of beer from continental European multi-step mashes, through to single-step mashes.

Not only does the control system ensure minimum operator costs, it also ensures consistent outcomes every time in accordance with brewing best practices.

More profoundly, the fact that we engineered the controls and wrote the software ourselves, means we have full control to continuously evolve and improve as evidenced by our business adaptation during COVID resulting in our 2020 RISE business award.

TANK FARM (CELLAR CONTROLS).

Our control system for tank farms is totally unique, providing a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for each tank. This takes care of all the tank’s specific controls and communicates to a master PLC on a Site Control Station (SCS).

The special thing about this concept is that it gives every fermenter tank sophisticated controls to manage cleaning and complete the fermentation from start to finish without any  operator intervention.

Likewise, the brite beer tanks have sophisticated controls that manage all cleaning, removal of oxygen, and carbonation without any operator intervention. This is the key to remote managed tank farms that carry out alcohol production offsite from the brewhouse.

DISTILLATION CONTROLS.

As an extension of the brewhouse controls, Limestone Coast Brewing has developed fully-automatic distillation controls that start up a distillation column, plus carry out the heads, hearts, and tails rests without operator intervention.

PREMIUM MACHINERY GROUP (PMG) AUSTRALIA.

Every new venue and brewhouse will require plant and equipment. LCB has joint-ventured with global brewery, distillery and winery supplier, PMG, to create a co-owned Australian subsidiary that supplies and supports every aspect of all the core equipment our business requires.

This complementary business provides a channel for LCB to capitalise on its unique control technology, not only in Australia, but worldwide as the business evolves.
