BRUTE NEIPA Limited Release Single Batch

First, there was IPA. Then came Brut IPA. Now prepare yourself for the Brute NEIPA! This is a brew of dramatic contrasts: bombastic, yet elegant; juicy, yet dry; chaotic, yet composed. Per the Brut style, the beer is thoroughly attenuated, with almost no carbs. It pours like a fruit cocktail topped-off with a meringue. Exploding onto the palate with tropical fruits, white grapes, and ruby-red grapefruit bitterness, a charge of oats in the grist harmonises these flavours and aromas, leading to a remarkably clean, crisp, dry finish.
